Age Guidelines: Your child(ren) MUST turn 3 before December 1 of current school year AND MUST NOT turn 5 prior to December 1 of current school year, to be eligible for Head Start

Documentation to bring with you (or have available for phone apps):

·       Name and date of birth of ALL household members

·       Home Address

·       Daycare Address

·       Amount of Annual Income (current or previous calendar year) (Please click on Annual Income for CACS Head Start’s current year annual income guidelines, to see if you qualify)
